In Sep.2004,I set foot in the place I ever dreamed as a paradise:our captital-Beijing.During the past three school years,I have been to beijing for many times,which make me amazed when I found this fact because there is just a surperficial and shallow recognition about Beijing.According to my experience about beijing,I think I should write something for the place,the followings just are my personal opinion,but I'd like to share with you.

              1.Tsing Hua University

Tsing Hua University is the best place and paradise of studying in the chinese students' eyes,including me for sure.therefore,my first destination is Tsing Hua University even through I couldn't enter this national key University.when I was walking in the campus of Tsing hua University,I felt like Alice walking in the fairyland.I even couldn't believe that I've been here.it is so alive and attrative.Althrough it was still early in the morning when I arrived,there were many visitors who were busy taking photos and most of them were students from all quarters of china.

 when I got to Jinchun Garden I was tired out after strolling in the campus for hours,so I decided to take a rest by sitting on the chair of the gallery.Never thought it was so beautifull here,willows on the bank of the lake shadow the people with coolness,Osiers were swaying with the breeze and I can hear birds singing in the lush leaves,it is really out of the world.（此曲只应天上有）

I've ever heard Beijing's morning is a world of seniors.it is ture that there were many seniors,some of them were jogging,some practising Taiji.And in the ground of 近春Garden,there were so many people dancing to the lively music.when you see the ease and happy life they were leading,you won't help but envy them.I watched them with adoring eyes.then a grandpa with dark glasses walked towards me."May I invite you to dance with me together?" he said gentlely.How surprised I am at that moment."I'd like to,but I am afraid I can't dance with you because I've never learned any dance before"I had to answered him regretfully."It doesn't matter,I can teach you at once,it is not difficult to learn."therefore,I walked into the dancing-pool with the man with a exciting and upset heart.Soon that I could follow his steps and dance to the music freely.this dance(北京平四)is really funny and bright.After geting that I am a undergraduate,he began to communicate with me by speaking English.I even can't believe that an old man can speak English so fluently.

  It is a really an unusual experience for me.The bright music and dance ,the kind and humorous grandpa,and the beautifull magnifient scene,they are all unforgetable for my whole life.

            2.Peking University

it is not far from Tsing hua University,so I walked there instead of taking a bus.The campus,as well known as "Yan Yuan"-the garden of Yan.Compared with Tsing hua's hilarity,Peking university appears peacefull and harmonious.I wandered in the campus quietly and laxatively while watching the ancient architectures and the students who were reading in the bright morning.I was so peacefull and quiet that I fell into sleep unexpectably as soon as I set my ass on the chair beside the 未名 lake.

           3.王府井

It was evening when I visited Wangfujing,it was crowded.No,not crowded merely,it is too crowded.and why?you see,it is the famous shopping centre in Beijing,there are numerous shops ,shopping malls and supermarket.the street,which is less than one kilometre long,is lined with shops.To be a little exaggerated,people can buy all the things they need.but I could hardly imaging it is so prosperous.It was said that it has a long history of over 100 years.Wangfujing,also known as Gold Street,dates back to the yuan Dynasty,in the late Ming Dynasty,stalls appeared on the street.

  when darkness fall,Wangfujing offered a beautifull night scene.you see,one of the outstanding features of Wangfujing is the lighting.Street lamps,ground lamps,lawn lamps,fountain lamps ,tree lamps,building lights,shop-window lights,and neon lights stay on all night.Everybody can enjoy themselves in the beauty of the night.

           4.The palace Museum

when I reached the Palace Museum (or the Forbidden City)by subway,the luxurious and magnifient ancient architectural group caught my eyes at once.the Forbidden City,the Imperial Palace in the Ming and Ching Dynasty as you know,occupying an area of 729,000 square metres,is the largest and most complete ancient architectural group existing in China.

 Do you know how many rooms there are in the Forbidden City?the answer is 9,999and 1/2.In folk stories,the palace in the sky has 10,000 rooms.To show their respect,the Ming and Ching Dynasties built 9,999 and one half rooms,meaning the sky palace(天庭)is NO.1 while they're just after it as NO.2.

According to the history,from 1406 to 1949,24 emperors ruled there for more than 500 years.the Forbidden City is the  elite of Chinese ancient architectural art,and a historical museum housing an enormous a mount of precious cultural relics.in 1987,UNESCO listed the Forbidden City into the "Detailed list of international legacies",and the City has become the cultural legacy of the whole human being of the world.
