Notes: This smooth, light and fluffy potato purée makes a delightful alternative to plain mashed potatoes. Prepare beforehand and freeze.
Ingredients (成分):

To prepare (准备):
· Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks, boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth. 将土豆削皮,切成大块,放入盐水中煮至变软,取出滤干后捣成泥;
