After
that long walk we did not need any encouragement to tuck in.
The cooker's got your tucker
waiting.

Lawyer's answer Ayb
A housewife, an accountant and a lawyer were asked "How much is 2+2?"
The housewife replies: "Four!".
The accountant says: "I think it's either 3 or 4. Let me run those figures through my calculator one more time."
The lawyer pulls the drapes, dims the lights and asks in a hushed voice, "How much do you want it to be?"

(Look Around You!)
Many years ago, a special teacher in high school had a husband whom unexpectedly died of a heart attack. About a week after his death, she shared some of her insight with a classroom of students.
Late in the afternoon as the sunlight came streaming in through the classroom window and the class was nearly over, she moved a few things aside on the edge of her desk and sat down.
With a gentle look of reflection on her face, she paused and said, "Before class is over, I would like to share with all of you a thought that is unrelated to class, but which I feel is very important. Each of us is put here on earth to learn, share, love, appreciate and give of ourselves... and none of us knows when this fantastic experience will end. It can be taken away at any moment. Perhaps this is God's way of telling us that we must make the most out of every single day."
As her eyes began to water, she went on, "So I would like all of you to make a promise to me: starting today, on your way home or on your way to school, find something beautiful to notice."
"It doesn't have to be something you see--it could be a scent--perhaps of freshly baked bread wafting out of someone's house, or it could be the sound of the breeze slightly rustling the leaves in the trees, or the way the morning light catches one autumn leaf as it falls gently to the ground. Please, look for these things, and cherish them."
"Although it may sound trite to some, these things are the "stuff" of life. The little things we are put here on earth to enjoy. The things we often take for granted. We must make it important to notice them, for at any time ... it can all be taken away."
The class was completely quiet. We all picked up our books and silently filed out of the room. That afternoon, I noticed more things on my way home from school than I had noticed for the entire semester.
Every once in a while, I think of that teacher and remember what an impression she made on all of us, and I try to appreciate all of those things that sometimes we all overlook.Ayb

Just a little bit
Ayb
Just A Little Bit 歌词
just a little bit stronger
just a little bit wiser
just a little less needy
and maybe i'd get there
just a little bit pretty
just a little more aware
just a little bit thinner
and maybe i'd get there
clearly, clearly i remember
hiking up my skirt
and asking for your time
clearly, clearly i remember
nervous if ever confronted
and questioning myself
oh perhaps, perhaps if i got better
perhaps if i challenged myself
perhaps if i was...
just a little bit stronger
just a little bit wiser
just a little less needy
and maybe i'd get there
just a little bit pretty
just a little more aware
just a little bit thinner
and maybe i'd get there
clearly, clearly i remember
pulling up my shirt
and staring blank ahead
clearly, clearly i remember
days of useless crying
and almost feeling dead
oh perhaps, perhaps if i was smaller
perhaps i could control myself
perhaps if i was...
just a little bit stronger
just a little bit wiser
just a little less needy
and maybe i'd get there
just a little bit pretty
just a little more aware
just a little bit thinner
and maybe i'd get there
just a little bit stronger
just a little bit wiser
just a little less needy
and maybe i'd get there
just a little bit pretty
just a little more aware
just a little bit thinner
and maybe i'd get there
oooahhhh oooahhhh oooahhhh oooahhhh
just a little bit pretty
just a little more aware
just a little bit thinner
and maybe i'd get there

Maria Mena在专辑White Turns Blue(取自Maria Mena一位亲密的朋友写的诗名)里很好地诠释了她的音乐。
You're The Only One里,Maria 捕捉了过去的一段让人兴奋和快乐的恋曲,大胆地刻画了青春爱情里的一些琐事,和一些笨拙的时刻。 You're The Only One,”,Maria说,“我希望这首单曲能登上第一位”。
