Psychological Differences in Nonverbal Communication日期:2007-08-09 点击: 作者:秦 博 来源:中国英语学习网Children who are depressed tend to hover on the edge of groups and act as a new comer to the group when a normal child would have settled in and shown signs of pro-social behaviour. They also avert their gaze and avoid interactions, because teachers attend to disruptive and good contributors more, they may be overlooked and need to be given the attention and support they need. McCuller (1983) found that disruptive children interpreted pictures of classroom situations differently from other children. Disruptive students were less sensitive to teacher’s nonverbal signs of annoyance, disapproval and control. They were also prone to blaming the teacher in the picture. Perhaps a good intervention would be some form of nonverbal education for these students. |
