Last week, it snowed in Montreal; “15 cm”, this was what Johnnie told me when he came back from a short trip to his dad’s he normally visit in about six months. Not like in the warmer countries, in Northern America, Snowing in spring is very normal even till end of April in some years in the past as native dwellers tell me. npF中国英语学习网

Walking along the streets of a huge city like Toronto, is not a easy thing; maybe it is not as crowded as in other cities, the high buildings make you feel walking in a windy valley in the winter, hearing the winds scratching the windows of buildings and trees without any leaves. To my great dismay, it reportedly has a ‘Snow-storm’ this week-end; Oh My, Spring is here now too, this is spring in the northern area; it started snowing last Friday; and again little bit as forecasted earlier this week. npF中国英语学习网

But snowing in spring time is beautiful however. Very nice, I could say in the smaller town like this. You don’t see many people on the streets covered and whitened; side walks, roof of the street houses aside, it flies in the air, dancing around you, falls on you, but neither wet or cold at all in your shirts and sweaters.npF中国英语学习网

Sky is grey and low, allows visibility of only about 50-100 meters; when there is little wind, it drops quietly, have you ever experienced, water, in different form though, actually it drops without any sound, quite, almost in complete silence, that’s the beauty of snowing in spring, you walk into it, with you mind occupied with what ever maybe…but in silence. Small towns are more beautiful when snows, streets are quite; not many people in sight.npF中国英语学习网

Especially, the towns close to the lakes; the lakes releases in the night time, the warmth from the sunrays in the day, made temperature higher than it was in those farther from the lakes. npF中国英语学习网
